Shipping Process
We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to deliver orders across India and selected international locations.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is processed and prepared for dispatch according to the product type and production requirements.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible products and serviceable locations.
RugCult reserves the right to verify COD orders before processing them. In certain cases, additional order confirmation may be required before production or dispatch begins.
Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for COD.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders.
No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout unless specifically mentioned for special products, locations, or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
Every product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive:

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Any reason not related to product damage, defects, or incorrect fulfillment
Replacement requests for damaged, incorrect, or defective products will be reviewed by our team and approved on a case-by-case basis after verification.
