Return & Refund Policy

All Rug Cult rugs are handmade, so slight variations in detailing, shape, texture, and color may occur.

Returns/replacements are accepted only for:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product
• Major manufacturing defect

An unboxing video is mandatory within 24 hours of delivery for any claim.

Please note:

• Keyboard rugs may feel slightly firmer compared to floor rugs due to lower pile height and detailed tufting.
• Minor detailing variations or texture expectations are not considered defects.
• Custom-made orders are not eligible for return or refund.
