Order Processing

All RugCult products are made to order. Production begins once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed by our team.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, RugCult reserves the right to verify the order before initiating production.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or any other personal preference.

However, customers may be eligible for a replacement if they receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product

  • A product with a major manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a replacement request, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Order details for verification

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

Quality Assurance

Every rug is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, damage during transit may occasionally occur.

In such cases, our team will review the submitted evidence and provide an appropriate resolution if the claim is approved.

Claim Review

All replacement and refund requests are subject to review and approval by RugCult. Delayed reporting, incomplete documentation, or failure to meet the above requirements may result in rejection of the claim.

RugCult reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet the stated conditions.
